Your donation to Fondation FondaMental is important and contributes to:
•    research on mental illnesses ;
•    the promotion of innovative therapies and
•    reducing prejudice and negative attitudes towards these illnesses and people affected by them.

To support our work you may either:

•    send a cheque to the order of Fondation FondaMental, together with the duly completed form.

Your donation entitles you to a tax reduction.  A tax receipt will be sent to you no later than 15 days after receipt of your donation.
