Our Team

At the headquarters of the Fondation FondaMental, a multidisciplinary team of around thirty professionals works every day to advance research and improve mental health care. By supporting the Foundation’s projects and operations, they contribute to a shared ambition: transforming psychiatry through innovation, collaboration and a patient-centered approach.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee of the Fondation FondaMental brings together the Chief Executive Officer, the Secretary General, the Chief Technology Officer and the Legal Director. It ensures the coordination of the Foundation’s activities and contributes to the implementation of its strategic orientations, in line with its missions and governance.

Le Lab’FondaMental 

The Lab’ FondaMental aims to accelerate the emergence and development of innovative solutions in mental health, to improve patient care. It provides tailored support to researchers and clinicians in designing and implementing precision psychiatry approaches based on robust scientific data.

It offers tools and resources in clinical research, supports the development of innovative projects, and fosters collaborations between start-ups, researchers, and psychiatrists, while fully integrating patients and caregivers into these initiatives.

IT Department

The IT Department of the Fondation FondaMental places data and innovation at the heart of its mission. It designs, secures and continuously develops the tools used to collect, structure and leverage clinical data from the Expert Centres, with one objective: to provide researchers and clinicians with the means to better understand, diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders. 

As guarantors of the reliability and confidentiality of the sensitive data we handle, we also explore emerging technological solutions to advance precision psychiatry.

Communications Department

The Communications Department supports the promotion of the Fondation FondaMental’s activities and the development of its visibility. It informs patients, healthcare professionals, decision-makers and the general public about mental disorders and advances in psychiatric research. It contributes to the dissemination of its projects, the strengthening of its partnerships, and the engagement of its networks.
