FondaMental Social Media
The Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages of Fondation FondaMental are open spaces for everyone. Their purpose is to inform the public about mental health disorders. Comments on posts are welcome—feel free to react, share your experience, ask questions, and engage with other users.
Before participating, we invite you to read the moderation and community guidelines below. Fondation FondaMental’s social media pages are moderated retrospectively in order to encourage constructive exchanges. By consulting, following, or interacting with Fondation FondaMental’s pages and accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, users fully accept this moderation charter and agree to comply with it during each visit.
Rules of Conduct
Comments are welcome provided they respect basic standards of courtesy. To preserve respectful dialogue, moderators reserve the right to remove, without prior notice, any content that violates the law, including:
- Defamatory or abusive comments
- Content that undermines human dignity, equality between women and men, or the protection of children and adolescents
- Content encouraging suicide
- Content promoting discrimination or hatred against individuals or groups based on their health condition or disability
- Content promoting discrimination, hatred, or violence on racist, xenophobic, homophobic, revisionist, or denialist grounds
- Content inciting violence, criminal activity, or glorifying crimes such as murder, rape, war crimes, or crimes against humanity
- Content that is contrary to public order or decency
- Pornographic or paedophilic content
- Content infringing personality rights, copyright, related rights, or trademark rights
- Content violating the protection of personal data
Ensuring a Respectful Environment
To ensure a positive experience for all users, we ask you to maintain appropriate behaviour. The following will not be tolerated:
- Insults or offensive language
- Repetitive, identical, or similar messages that flood the comments section
- Phone numbers or postal addresses, in order to prevent potential harassment
- Content enabling hacking or cybercrime (including encouragement of hacking, unauthorised access to systems, or distribution of pirated software or tools for fraudulent use)
- Classified ads, survey solicitations, contests, pyramid schemes, chain messages, spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional content, including links to external websites
